Kingwin XT-1264 Heatpipe CPU Cooler Review

Kingwin’s XT-1264 CPU cooler is a good looking product with some interesting features that should have delivered some outstanding performance. Unfortunately, it showed some rather lackluster cooling performance. There are, however some features and attributes that keep the XT-1264 from being a total bust.
